Candlelit dining room with set tables and warm lighting

Contemporary fine dining · Hannam-dong, Seoul

Aurelia

A seasonal tasting menu built each day around the finest the market offers — served in an intimate twenty-six-seat room with a cellar to match.

Why Aurelia

A single, considered evening

We do one thing each night and try to do it faultlessly — a menu of the season, poured and paced with care.

A tasting menu, nightly

Seven courses that change with the season. One menu for the room, so the kitchen can pour everything into getting it right.

Sourced that morning

We buy small and buy daily — line-caught fish, single-farm vegetables, dry-aged Hanwoo. The menu follows the market, not the other way around.

A cellar with a point of view

Four hundred references leaning toward small growers, with a pairing poured by the glass for every course if you wish.

Cooked at the pass

The kitchen is open to the room. Watch each plate finished by the chefs who dreamed it up, a few steps from your table.

A private table

A separate room seats up to ten for celebrations and quiet business — its own menu, its own sommelier, its own pace.

Unhurried by design

We seat once a night. Your table is yours for the whole evening — there is no second sitting waiting on your chair.

Twenty-six seats, one seating

The tasting menu above changes with the market, but the welcome never does. Reserve early — weekends book out two to three weeks ahead.

What defines the room

Three things we care about more than anything — the menu, the cellar, and the space you sit in.

The Tasting Menu

Seven courses, nightly

A single menu that changes with the market — built each morning around what the fishermen and farms send us that day.

The Cellar

The Cellar

Four hundred references

A living wine list weighted toward small growers and old-vine Burgundy, with pairings poured by the glass for every course.

The Room

The Room

Twenty-six seats

An intimate room of warm oak and low light, arranged so that no two tables sit shoulder to shoulder. The pass is open to the room.
